Life goes on.
No matter who you are, one day we'll be forgotten, unless we made something that outlives us.
Like we all know, life sometimes drives us to the high position, and by then it drives us lunatic. Sometimes it drives us to the low position, and life turns out to be forlorn.
Yeah, that's reality. Life is impermanence. And all we need is to be something, to create sometihng, to do something. Something useful. Something meaningful. Something that will be remembered all the time.
That's the point. See, life is cruel, nature is in the same boat as life. Your footprints on the beach will rubbed out quickly when it's going dark. Nature doesn't care about who you really are. But the world does.
I will remember the purpose that effaces perfectly in my name. Marhaendra Wijaya. It inspired from Ir. Soekarno with his Marhaenism. I supposed to be something. Something meaningful, so that I can help others, but still remembering the level of human itself. We're social beings, and we can't live without others.
Make a change, build peace, help others, and the world will not forget you. That's the hero supposed to be.
And one point I want to say is, "Be something that outlives you, or you'll be forgotten. And be something meaningful, by then you'll be a hero for real."
